POLICE have released an e-fit of a man they want to speak to after a 14-year-old girl was sexually assaulted in Stockton.

The incident took place between 11pm on Saturday, July 2, and 2am on Sunday, July 3, near to the road works on Durham Road in Stockton.

Two men approached the teenager, then one of the men then went on to grope the girl before asking her to go to his house.

The victim managed to make off from the man and made her way home.

The suspect is described as a black male, aged between 30 and 40 years old, around 5ft 7” tall and of stocky build. He was wearing denim jeans.
