Sighting of double murder suspect James Allen confirmed in Leeds
5:52pm Saturday 28th April 2012

POLICE have this evening confirmed a sighting of double murder suspect James Allen in Leeds.
The 35-year-old from Middlesbrough was seen in Leeds shortly before 3pm yesterday afternoon.
A spokeswoman for Cleveland Police said: "This is now the most recent confirmed sighting although there remains the possibility he is in another location by now.
"Police are still carrying out inquiries in other areas, including North Yorkshire and Middlesbrough."
Police are keen that anyone spotting Allen in Leeds to call 999 immediately.
Anyone with any other information can call 101 and ask for Cleveland Police.
A major manhunt for Allen is now underway following the deaths of Colin Dunford, 81, in Middlesbrough, on Monday, and Julie Davison, 50, of Whitby, on Wednesday.

is it right for a man who has taken a life, to have his life taken away ? i think not. just my opinion thinks we would be no better than the lowlife if we thought that way. what next ? chemical castrating for rapists ?, hand amputations for shoplifters ?. we'd be no better than believers in sharia law who act in such manners. the law is an **** i know, but it is the lawmakers who decide punishment, not the average joe.
They have no right to live after such horrendous acts.
Or should we look after them for the rest of there lives, and say there there its ok, and maybe release them back into society.
As for chemical castration, there are many in American prisons who ask for it, to stop them re offending, but yes i will give you credit for amputations for shoplifters, that is too much, i agree.
Sadly though, i do think mass murders have any place on this earth, they have no respect for life, so why get it back.

i realy feel for you, i do. to think you'd become a murderer for killing a murderer. would you realy be any better. i mean, i'd have to kill you for killing another in the first place. then off we go on different tangents debating who's right and who's wrong.
i'm a believer in life should mean life, no reductions. no probation. no gym. no free dental. no sky tv. sentenced till you drop. but then what would happen ?. you'd get the "cherie blair" brigade and all that **** about human rights. so, as it stands, we put up with our laws and justice system, and keep our draconian thoughts to ourselves.

lets legalise lynch mobs, better still, street judges to enforce the law. put the fear of DREDD into them. i realy feel for you, i do. to think you'd become a murderer for killing a murderer. would you realy be any better. i mean, i'd have to kill you for killing another in the first place. then off we go on different tangents debating who's right and who's wrong. i'm a believer in life should mean life, no reductions. no probation. no gym. no free dental. no sky tv. sentenced till you drop. but then what would happen ?. you'd get the "cherie blair" brigade and all that **** about human rights. so, as it stands, we put up with our laws and justice system, and keep our draconian thoughts to ourselves.

Antagonist is right, we have done away with legalised murder for good and I applaud that!

But when he's caught, and if he is convicted of these terrible crimes, he is looking forward too, a warm room, education, a gym, no bills, free dental and medical care, etc etc, yes that's right he's going to prison.
Needless to say us hard working tax payers, who have done nothing wrong will be paying for it.
I'm sorry but its time to bring back the death penalty for such people.
